Robert Floyd Waters Jr. of Avondale, Arizona, age 71, died on June 28, 2016. He was born in Oakland, California, to his loving parents Robert Floyd Waters Sr. and Bernece Vanosdell Waters on August 5, 1944. He is survived in death by his two nephews, Lonnie and Tim Waters, Sister In-law, Lynn Waters, 1 great nephew, and 3 great nieces. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Ronald Ray Waters and Parents.
Celebration of Life service will take place at The Bridge, 10 South 93rd Ave, Tolleson, AZ 85353 on July 14th, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
