Maria Inez Torri

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Inez Torri, she passed away in the comfort of her home in Surprise Az on Feb 14th, 2022.

She is survived by her husband Ken Torri, son Allen Ray, and granddaughter Tyler Ray.

She was born in Dumas Texas to Estanislado and Dolores(Guevara) Martinez on 8/15/1950. She married Ken Torri in Positano Italy on May 25th, 2018. She had two previous marriages.

She had an accomplished career in Radio Media, managing several stations, Home Loan Processing, and her career love, Real Estate. She spent most of her time helping folks make it through the transition of buying and selling their property. She practiced real estate in Northern California, primarily in Placer and bordering counties and also in Arizona. She had a love for dressing very stylishly, loved shoes and shoe shopping. Her large gorgeous eyes and pretty smile melted everyone’s heart. She was a very gracious and generous lady, always giving something to someone in need or who had done a good deed. Giving was her greatest delight and did so unconditionally.

May she spread her joy and love in the Lord’s Kingdom.

  9. Inez and I met at Alisal high school in Salinas. She was always a sweet gal and I was so happy for her meeting Ken and falling in love with a great man. She will be greatly missed!

  10. Inez was a dear and special friend to both Nyle & I for many years. We have been friends since 1968 in Salinas when Nyle & her 1st husband worked together.
So many happy memories of things we did together over the years and how close we had become. I will always cherish the trip to Surprise, Az the end of October to spend some very precious time with Inez. And give Ken a little break. She was confined to bed then but we had some really good talks and reminisced about the good old days. She especially enjoyed the massages I could do for her.

Ken was a God send for Inez–finally she has a man that truly loves and cares for her. He took such good and loving care of her, kissing her and telling her how beautiful she was every day. Always making sure she had everything possible for her comfort.

I miss my phone calls Inez and I would have so often about whatever was going on. Inez or “I” as Nyle & I called her, will be truly missed by so many.
She was a kind soul, so generous to others–now she is with her Mother, Delores, who she loved so dearly. Rest in peace my friend we love you and miss you so.

  11. Inez and I met at Realty Executives 2021, and we became friends, very short time but great fun and great memories, I will miss you my friend

  12. I met Inez when I joined KVEA-52 in Los Angeles as it launched. I was still rather new to TV time sales, and she mentored me. We became great friends over the years. I loved her humor and seeing her laugh. So many great memories. We remained in touch after she moved back up north, then to Arizona. I miss her and know she was a good friend and now a great loss to so many. Ken’s time with her was brief, but a mighty blessing. She loved him with all her heart.

  13. Dear Ken,
Inez led us to our home In Roseville in December of 2018. We had a chance to enjoy her as a professional and to get to know her as a lovely person. We also met you and saw the loving interaction between the two of you. I know she loved you very much and spoke lovingly about her son and her mother. This notice appeared on my Facebook just this morning and we are in shock. She was so vibrant an full of life and joy when she left for Arizona. What a loss for you and her family. Her spirit will live on in the many, many hearts of those she helped find happy homes
I wish we would have known sooner as we would have loved to be a part of the celebration of her life. Our condolences to you and her family.
    Sincerely,
    Dick and Carole Wieand
