Send their condolences and prayers for John’s passing.
John was a fine man with a firm handshake. Deeply respected and regarded as a true statesman. Thank you for your service to our island and our great country.

  3. My deepest condolences and sympathy to Julia and the family of John. I have fond memories of working with John in the early 1980s when he was the Executive Director of the Guam Contractors Board. As a young attorney, I greatly appreciated the opportunity to attend a meeting with John of state contractor licensing officials in Las Vegas. Then later, I worked with him on his campaign for Senator and even did a live television commercial!

I gained a lot of knowledge and insights from John. He was a smart and good man, and I am saddened to see his passing.

  4. Julia and family,

My condolences and prayers to you on the passing of your husband, John. May he rest in peace.
Praying all is well with you. Stay strong and keep busy. Take care.
